What's New for 2025?
The new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek lineup gains impressive upgrades and additions this year. The Premium trim level now comes with the larger and stronger 2.5-liter engine, meaning only the Base trim level now has the standard 2.0-liter engine. To help you maintain better traction and control, the new Subaru Crosstrek lineup also features X-MODE on Premium trim level models.
Performance
There are two engine options available in the new Subaru Crosstrek lineup. The first is a standard 2.0-liter four-cylinder boxer engine. It comes only on the Base trim level this year, providing you with 152 horsepower and 145 pound-feet of torque, putting you in full command behind the wheel, while also helping you save with impressive fuel economy in the city and on the highway. If you want a stronger performance, choose any of the new Crosstrek Premium, Sport, Limited, and Wilderness models. All use a larger 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with 182 horsepower and 178 pound-feet of torque, giving you a more engaging and exciting driving experience on every outing around Sterling Heights, without sacrificing fuel economy.
